Founded in 2019 by veteran anaesthesiologists and intensive care specialists of international standing, alongside an IT expert, ETMPL was established following two years of intensive research. Leadership includes Dr. Krishna Prasad Mulavisala, Dr. Ravi Chandra Raya Srinivasa, and Mr. Satya Dev Adurti.
